Phó Thủ tướng Nguyễn Thiện Nhân tiếp đồng chí Bosengkham Vongdala Cộng hòa Dân chủ Lào

Chiều 29/7, tại Trụ sở Chính phủ,  Phó Thủ tướng Nguyễn Thiện Nhân đã tiếp thân mật đồng chí Bosengkham Vongdala, Bộ trưởng Bộ Thông tin, Văn hóa và Du lịch nước Cộng hòa Dân chủ nhân dân Lào.

Tại buổi tiếp, Phó Thủ tướng Nguyễn Thiện Nhân chúc mừng đồng chí Bosengkham Vongdala vừa nhận trọng trách Bộ trưởng Bộ Thông tin, Văn hóa và Du lịch.

Bày tỏ vui mừng trước mối quan hệ ngày càng tốt đẹp giữa hai quốc gia, đặc biệt trên lĩnh vực văn hóa, du lịch, Phó Thủ tướng tin tưởng trong thời gian tới hai bên sẽ tiếp tục thúc đẩy quan hệ hợp tác để vừa khai thác, vừa cùng giữ gìn phát huy các giá trị văn hóa của mỗi dân tộc.

Phó Thủ tướng khẳng định Đảng, Chính phủ Việt Nam luôn luôn dành những gì tốt đẹp nhất để cùng với Chính phủ Lào thực hiện thành công hiệp định hợp tác văn hóa, giáo dục và khoa học kỹ thuật mà hai bên đã ký kết.

Để chuẩn bị cho Năm Hữu nghị Việt–Lào 2012 có nhiều hình thức sinh động và thiết thực, Phó Thủ tướng Nguyễn Thiện Nhân đề nghị các Bộ, ngành phía Việt Nam phối hợp với các cơ quan liên quan của Lào tổ chức các đợt du lịch đến các chiến trường xưa, những địa chỉ cách mạng tại Lào, nơi  hàng vạn chiến sĩ bộ đội, giáo viên, cán bộ người Việt Nam đã từng chiến đấu và công tác giúp nhân dân Lào trong kháng chiến.

Đồng thời, phía Lào cũng sẽ tổ chức cho cựu lưu học sinh Lào đã học tập tại Việt Nam qua các thời kỳ trở lại thăm thầy cô, thăm lại những người bạn Việt Nam mà mình đã từng gắn bó. Phó Thủ tướng tin tưởng đây không chỉ là nguyện vọng của hàng vạn gia đình Việt Nam và Lào mà còn thể hiện tình cảm gắn bó trước sau như một của những người đã có thời gian công tác và học tập tại Lào và Việt Nam.

Bày tỏ cảm ơn những tình cảm tốt đẹp mà Chính phủ và nhân dân Việt Nam luôn dành cho Chính phủ và nhân dân Lào, đồng chí Bosengkham Vongdala khẳng định trên cương vị Bộ trưởng sẽ làm hết sức mình để thúc đẩy hơn nữa mối quan hệ hữu nghị hợp tác giữa hai quốc gia, đặc biệt trên lĩnh vực thông tin, văn hóa, du lịch.

Đồng thời, đồng chí mong muốn Chính phủ Việt Nam hỗ trợ nhiều hơn nữa để Lào thực hiện thành công các nhiệm vụ phát triển văn hóa, du lịch.

Bộ trưởng Bosengkham Vongdala đánh giá cao những giúp đỡ và hợp tác của Việt Nam đối với nền nghệ thuật Lào, trong đó có những hỗ trợ đặc biệt trong đào tạo diễn viên ngành xiếc, ca sĩ, nghệ sĩ múa. Bên cạnh đó, phải kể đến những hợp tác hiệu quả giữa Đài Truyền hình Việt Nam, Thông tấn xã Việt Nam với các đối tác liên quan tại Lào.

Bộ trưởng Bosengkham Vongdala khẳng định trong năm 2012, phía Lào sẽ đẩy mạnh công tác tuyên truyền cho Năm Hữu nghị Việt–Lào, đồng thời sẽ triển khai hiệu quả những đề nghị của Phó Thủ tướng Nguyễn Thiện Nhân, nhằm tuyên truyền, giáo dục cho thế hệ trẻ của Lào thêm hiểu và trân trọng những tình cảm đặc biệt mà nhân dân hai nước đã vun đắp.

Phó Thủ tướng Nguyễn Thiện Nhân trao Huân chương Hữu nghị tặng Đại sứ CHLB Đức

Ngày 29/7, Phó Thủ tướng Nguyễn Thiện Nhân đã trao tặng Huân chương Hữu nghị của Chủ tịch nước CHXHCN Việt Nam cho ông Rolf Schulze, Đại sứ CHLB Đức tại Việt Nam.

Phó Thủ tướng Nguyễn Thiện Nhân khẳng định Đại sứ đã có đóng góp hiệu quả cho việc củng cố và thúc đẩy mối quan hệ Việt-Đức trong những năm qua. Trong nhiệm kỳ công tác của Đại sứ, Đức đã trở thành đối tác thương mại lớn nhất của Việt Nam tại EU.

Đánh giá cao vai trò của Đại sứ trong việc chuẩn bị cho chuyến thăm Việt Nam của Thủ tướng Đức Angela Merkel vào tháng 10/2011 sắp tới, Phó Thủ tướng khẳng định, Huân chương Hữu nghị là phần thưởng cao quý, thể hiện tình cảm mà Nhà nước và nhân dân Việt Nam dành cho Đại sứ.

Đại sứ Rolf Schulze đã bày tỏ niềm vui và vinh dự khi được nhận Huân chương Hữu nghị của Nhà nước Việt Nam. Đại sứ khẳng định, sau nhiệm kỳ 4 năm tại Việt Nam, ông sẽ tiếp tục cống hiến hết mình để đưa quan hệ hai nước phát triển tốt đẹp trên các lĩnh vực, nhất là trên lĩnh vực kinh tế, thương mại và đầu tư.

“Mối quan hệ Việt Nam – Đức đã và đang thành công trên mọi lĩnh vực. Với tình cảm dành cho Việt Nam, chắc chắn tôi sẽ tiếp tục nỗ lực đóng góp vào mối quan hệ tốt đẹp này”, Đại sứ Rolf Schulze nhấn mạnh.

Được biết, 3 ưu tiên hàng đầu trong nhiệm kỳ của Đại sứ Rolf Schulze tại Việt Nam là góp phần tăng cường đối thoại, hợp tác chính trị giữa hai nước; khích lệ các doanh nghiệp Đức tăng cường trao đổi thương mại và đầu tư vào Việt Nam; tăng cường hợp tác văn hóa, giáo dục đặc biệt là giáo dục đại học, với ưu tiên là thành lập và phát triển đại học Việt – Đức, đồng thời đưa tiếng Đức trở thành ngoại ngữ thứ 2 tại các trường đại học Việt Nam.
